So I know on other forum software there is a way you can set someones post count to a particular number and it becomes static, never again to change unless the admin tinkers with it. Can you do that?

When I did it on another forum, it was just a little box that let you set someone's post count to a certain number. A side effect was that the number became static, though chances are that was seen as a 'problem' and fixed.
