      It works differently. There's no ejaculation in a male multiple orgasm—and it's not quite the same thing as Kegal exercises, if I'm not mistaken. Look it up.

      the neck thing isn't quite right - men can have a priapism if they break a section of their lumbar spine(low on the back). It acts differently than a sexual erection, A guy won't spuzz if you crack his neck
