Aside from the fact that the main characters are brothers, and sometimes chip and dale flew a "plane" I see no real similarities at all. One is about chipmunks with a detective agency and the other is about brothers who own a private airport. You would have been a lot closer if you had said "Tailspin" but even then it wouldn't be close enough to be interesting.

When she asks a question she stares at you, unblinking, unmoving, unfeeling. I can feel her cold, brown-eyed gaze pierce the very depths of my soul. Please don't let her murder me in my sleep. Speaking of freakshow... What's that one show, DJ Zarooni or something? The one with the scary monster action figures that become real. The only time I watched it they were singing "Snacky snack-snack-snack! Snacky snack SNACK SNACK!" I was frightened to my core and yet I was unable to change the channel, unable to make it all go away. They held my gaze, they saw the terror in my eyes. AND THEY KEPT SINGING.
