Thread: A public DreamViews apology.

I intend this thread to be taken seriously, but I couldn't figure out where to put it. I was considering this and ED, but this seemed a bit... safer. If a staff member can find a better place for this, can you please put it there?

In regards to the actual content; I imagine some of you remember a thread I made a while back;http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...t=71726&page=1

I looked up something in the search box, and it brought that up. I was reading back through it, trying to remind myself what happened. I looked through everybody's posts, especially some of my later ones, and realize I acted like a complete @$$hole. So, I'm here to apologize for that. I take back anything that I might have said to anybody, and I want them to know that I probably wouldn't have said anything like that if I hadn't felt attacked. It's in no way acceptable, but maybe you understand now.

Hmmm. Never seen a public apology thread before. I would say I forgive you but I don't think you necessarily did anything wrong...you were just n00bing your way around DV, trying to find your place here. I remember when I was still new to DV; I made a thread in the lounge entitled "Let's start an official msn chatroom!" The premise of its existence was to serve as a gathering ground for DV members. It was unbeknown to me at the time that there was a DV chat already in existence. Though I could have received countless "LOL OMG ST00PID NEWB" replies in my thread, I didn't. Fortunately the thread didn't get many replies at all really. MoS however was kind enough to submit a courteous reply which directed my attention to the "Chat" button at the top right of the forum. End of thread. Your thread on the other hand got bombarded with regs who wanted to initiate you into DV "tribal style" (to put it softly). When you posted the link to that thread you made in your OP, I browsed through the pages wondering if I replied anywhere and alas, I did. Not only did I reply, but because of me...you can now expel your bowels at twice the speed, having two assholes and all. I digress so to wrap things up I do not accept your apology seeing as I don't feel that one is necessary however, - I myself do apologize for the short tempered and obnoxious comments I presented to you.

You seem to have lightened up a lot since that threads conception. That...I applaud you for.

I just think it's very funny that everyone was ripping on him, and he was trying to defend himself, yet now he thinks he needs to make a public apology?
