The score differences remain the same, but everyone gets hacked down a lot, but not so much as to put them in the "instant death" zone. (i.e. Ame would have 12, Clairity would have 16, Delph would have 24, and so on.)

Not to be a stick in the mud, but please allow me to split hairs. If we did it that way, here's how the percentage works out:

Amethyst Star-----------12 = 23%
Clairity------------------16 = 28%
Delphinus----------------24 = 37.5%
Jeff777------------------22 = 35%
Man of Steel------------- 20 = 33%
Mes Tarrant--------------21 = 34%

We call that the short end of the stick. Delphinus would have a full 14.5% over me. Here's how it would look if we cut it by a third or a fourth (using the rounding skills we learned in elementary school):

Amethyst Star - 17 - 13
Clairity--------- 19 - 14
Delphinus------- 21 - 16
Jeff777--------- 21 - 16
Man of Steel---- 20 - 15
Mes Tarrant----- 20 - 15

Take your pick, though a third would probably hold the point difference more closely. Also, if we picked third-ing it, we could always knock it down more later as more people are eliminated.

C'mon people! Is there really a problem? The last game took 5 months. There's no rush!

We did cut it down by half at one point in the last game, I believe. I'd be fine with that. There is no rush, though a pool of 355 points is a bit large.

I agree with cutting a third completely and if we did happen do it this way. Amethyst Star should get the equivalant points closes to the lowest members on the high point scale. In this case that would be Clarity or Mos.
