I DID TROLL THE BIBLE PAGE. I knew when I said what I said that it would piss them off (however wrong they are). I was raised in a strict christian home, it was very stressful and tiring, and I've only recently fully embraced atheism (or rather, non-religion in general) so I indulged in a little christian/bible bashing. and it felt good. to be on the other side for once...and it's out of my system. (well, I still do it plenty but with like-minded people.)

okay? I'm not a troll, but I did troll, one time. and it was out of character. I expected to be blocked from the page, or given a warning, or something. did they really have to delete my whole account? oh and I still stand by what I said, about it being a bible page, not a christian page.

Yeah I agree that the reaction from the FB staff was over the top and just a dick move in general man. There's no denying that.

I think you are intelligent enough to know that the two are synonymous with each other and thus invariably linked. Playing semantics with terms will not change this. You knew that the page was a Christian page by your own admission (when you admitted to trolling that page). Playing semantics does not change this. Hell I have tried playing semantics by posting an ode to Hinduism in a Christian thread here on DV and I still got a warning for that even though I argued much the same way you are doing now (with semantics when I knew that it was a Christian thread but I argued that he did not explicitly say that the thread was Christian....I still got my post removed though)

However, I know by now that you are very stubborn so I will not expect you to admit to this.

well, what about that atheist guy in the movie Day After Tomorrow that wouldn't allow
his group in the huge library to burn the bible for warmth? he was sure clinging to that bible,
and no one would say he was a christian :p
