Bathroom manners: The proximity phenomenon

The "proximity phenomenon" is when, even though there's 10 open stalls in the bathroom, some rude ass motherfucker decides to use the one RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. He is then very loud (if you know what i mean), and stays in there forever, breathing heavily and using way too much toilet paper. It's the same story every time.

I call it a phenomenon because it denies any sort of explanation. I personally choose the stall farthest away from any other person in the bathroom. Does anyone else notice this? Am I the only one? It completely disgusts me and makes me think less of humanity. I just want some god damn privacy!

This pisses me off more than the existence of vegans and vegetarians.

Personally, I don't like it when people talk to you while you are in the bathroom. I like quiet time in the bathroom.

Well i really don't have a choice, unless I choose a porta-potty. And even then someone will choose the one right next to me.

How ironic then that judging others based on their diet makes for one of the very qualities that get other people to think less of humanity as a whole as well.

LMAO, when i was in the military, most stalls didn't have doors that locked so they would remain open. Made for a hell of an 'alone' time lol.

We actually would take #2's in groups to have chats while #2'ing.

Though regularly i agree, i've had some of my best ideas on the toilet...
