I have to take a 7:30am class this semester and its 2 days a week.

Background: College student with horrible sleeping cycle (Like 2 or 3 am to 10 or 11 am.)

I've been on this routine for almost a year and trying to figure out if its worth changing for this class.

The question: Should I alter my sleeping habits for getting up early 2 days a week, or should I just be tired and stick with "normal" times. (I could always just stay up all night for a test.)
