Thread: Alchahol and dream recall

Hello,

i have this strange habit of remembering my dreams when i have drunk alcoholic beverages before going to sleep. Normally i don't recall my dreams as much but with alcohol i do it a lot more. usually when i have drunk a little to much the effect is most noticeable. i always remember me lying in bed and seeing the room spinning, thinking i can never go to sleep while feeling like this. but then i just fall asleep and the next morning i remember my dreams. while not fully remembering the last night, but that is irrelevant i guess

but seriously does any one of you have the same experiences as me?

also do not think that by plundering your parents liquor cabinet, grabbing a random bottle, and drinking it till its empty will do you any good. to stay away from it !!!
