I've always stayed up until i get dead tired, otherwise i have trouble sleeping.

I usually stay up 24+hours then I get a good sleep, i get the best sleeps/dreams when i fight off a few sleep attacks and finally give in to one. feels like opiates in a healthy way, haha.

and i've got the theory that being so tired when i finally do sleep, helps me stay in dreams when things get crazy or when going %100 lucid - this use to wake me up.

I'm considering trying to get on a "normal person" sleep shedual for a while but I'm curious how it will affect things. For all I know it will benefit my dreams now.
