First night experimenting with this whole dreaming thing, wanna get a good nights sleep, plan on heading to bed in an hr and 30 minutes, what can I do to prepare / help me get a good night sleep and what NOT To do that will prevent me having a good night sleep? |

Basically everything he said. I hate to down weed but honestly if you want to have any recall at all you will have to refrain from smoking before bed or very often (twice a week would probably be fine). Not saying you do smoke, but if you do, there's your warning. I chose weed over LDing, and quite commonly I'll smoke just about everyday, often multiple times a day. Occasionally I'll get the random LD, but it's of terrible quality (usually they're WILDs too! marijuana obviously has a detrimental effect on clarity and dream quality) and VERY short lived--usually anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes. |

Refrian from eating candy. It gives me zombie nightmares which is what made Easter suck for me after downing a hug basket of candy. |

Staying offline/off the computer before bed would in theory be helpful yes, to quiet the brain. |
