I suggest "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming", by Stephen Laberge. There are chapters devoted to dreaming for healing and problem solving. |

A large part of what got me interested in dreaming, and lucid dreaming in particular, is the idea that I could use it to modify my beliefs and behaviors to those I found suitable. Does anybody have any nice body of research or studies on this? |

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has some good techniques for examining and changing personal beliefs. Nothing to do with lucid dreaming, but no point in viewing lucid dreams as a panacea when there are better options elsewhere. |
