      Interesting Sensation During Meditation

I was meditating while laying on my bed (supine) for an hour, and about 45 minutes through I noticed my eyelids sort of started to intermittently spasm involuntarily, kind of like rapidly blinking (but my eyes were already closed). The entire time I was meditating using pure Theta binaural beats. By the time the hour was up, my entire body felt like stone. Crazy. I felt extremely relaxed afterwards.
So does anybody know why my eyelids were doing that?

      Thanks,
      -GTW

This very same thing has happened to me upon trying to WILD and when I meditate. I'm pretty sure it's your eyelid muscles spasming from being strained ever so slightly for so long. The only reason it doesn't happen when your actually asleep is because of SP

Ah. Have you been able to achieve WILD "from cold?" Because I can't.

Yeah it's almost impossible, haha. Still working on it. I think it's practice, mostly. That, and luck. Lots of luck. Hahaha. You know, I've always wanted to learn Latin but never had any motivation.

Latin is a lot of fun to learn the hardest part is just learning the vocab. The grammar is surprisingly similar to sudoku. I've got a really good book that teaches it well and I'm learning alot. but it is alot easier with a partner I feel. It truly is an intelligent language. Useful for alot of music stuff too. That's primarily why I'm learning it. I ultimately want to write my own Latin texts for choral music. But yea if your interested in learning just pm me.

I'm interested in it because I love the English language and well, knowing Latin would not only be AWESOME but it would be religiously and literarily educational. I'll think about it!
