      Dreaming

      Ok. Now I have able to wake up , record my dreams, then fall back to sleep. But now when I wake up I don't remember any of my dreams. It feels like I didn't dream at all. A week in a half ago I was able to wake up and write down a dream that I was starting to forget. Help
      Thanks !

      It's ok, don't panic! When you wake up, just run through things in your head like this;

      Was I dreaming about school...no...was I dreaming about my parents...no...was I indoors, outdoors? Was I happy? Sad? You may find something triggers your memory. If it doesn't, then just write 'I can't remember dreaming.' You will remember next time!

      Are you getting out of bed too fast when you wake up? Relaxing and not thinking about work, and what you have to do for the day is the best way to remember. I find if I talk or concentrate on other things, like what I am doing today, the dream fades.

      Ooh, their breath is warm
      And they smell like sleep
      And they say they take me home
      Like poppies heavy with seed
      They take me deeper and deeper
