      Exclamation What happened?

I was dreaming, I couldn't move, I felt like someone/thing was sitting on me, and I saw this weird thing that looked really real. ... 4 words: W.T.F.Happend?

Were you in bed? Could it have been sleep paralysis?

Deffo sounds like sleep paralysis... But it could have also been a false awakening. I used to have FA's a lot that resembles what you have said but since realising what it is and that it can't hurt me I stopped having FA's like that and now just wake up in bed ( but I'm now dreaming) and I know not to be scared, which can make a whole lot f difference

Yeah; being paralyzed, hallucinating and feeling a weight on your chest are all signs of sleep paralysis. If you get it again, just remember that nothing you see is real and you'll be able to move shortly.

Yeah, I totally Agree that's sleep paralysis because way back then I've experience it too. It doesn't really harm me at all but it really frightened me so much! My body can;t move except for my eyes and I'm mentally active that moment.
