      Many clinic offer Sleep studies.
      If you feel you do have a sleep disorder you may wish to check you locale to see if it is offered.

      Some reasons to Have a sleep study:
      • Morning Headaches
      • Severe snoring
      • Excessive sleepiness during the day
      • Frequent naps
      • Insomnia and narcolepsy
      • Leg movement during sleep
      • Sleep walking or sleep talking
      • trouble falling asleep
      Some terms you may want to be familiar with:
      By testing with a polysomnogram and an over night study they can often determine where you sleep issues happen and when.

      (CPAP) = Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. / sleep apnea.

      Pulmonologists are professionals that work with lung related issues. Which often accompany some sleep disorders.

      This is really good advice and information, Howie. Most people wouldn't associate their fatigue with a sleep disorder, and perhaps this will inspire some to see their health professionals more with sleeping problems.

      I have began to notice a pattern in people that say they "don't dream."
      Which we all know they do at some point.

      Because of their interrupted sleep patterns, for what ever reason it may be caused by, results in them not having any dream recall.
