I might get insomnia, it's like - Everytime I try a WBTB, I don't sleep. It's a natural thing. I don't know why I don't sleep, but I stop feeling relaxed. And I don't go to sleep at all. |

I have the same problem. Full WBTB (i.e. getting out of a bed) doesn't allow me to fall asleep most of the time. I solved this problem tweaking WBTB a bit: Don't get out of the bed, just become fully aware of yourself. Then try to keep the feeling of awareness (as if you were realizing this is a dream) while relaxing and falling asleep (but don't force yourself into it). |

Experiencing uncommon problems is a way to debunk inaccurate theories and find the truth.
Or just use a different technique. |

You dont really need to even stand up from your bed, just take ur hands and grab your legs, this will bring out 65% of your physical muscles, which is enough to get a LD. |

No I mean before I go to sleep in the first place. No matter how I try to forget the alarm clock, it takes absolutely ******* ages for me to sleep. |
