      I think he mis-portrays the Uberman schedule, and many of the benefits it is said to bring.

      I blame his first week's shittiness on the fact that he didn't even attempt to adjust to Uberman. When you break away from your natural cycle so abruptly, of course you are going to have adverse effects!
