      Dream Recall help, please.

      Lately I haven't hit this on hardly, usually I shrug it off. But now that I've had a dream I vividly remember, I want more dreams. I need help being able to recall dreams. Any tips for what I should do before bed, or when I wake up, would help tremendously.

      Try some of the Mp3s in The lucid aids sub-thread. They really help me , with dream recall and lucid dreaming!

      Wake up in the middle of the night and refresh your intent to remember your dreams. You can do this mentally. Also, reading your most vivid dream journal entries will get your brain into that dream-remembering mood.
