Burning cold, sharp sort of pains..... also hi!

I haven't posted here in quite a while, but I plan on posting more from now on... anyway, for quite a while now I've been having these weird sort of burning pains in my chest and stomache area.... except it's kind of a cold sort of burning, I can't really explain it. Anyway, I also sometimes get these sharp pains in my chest that just kinda stab at me when I take a deep breath. Sometimes the burning pains are triggered by breathing too.... I'm kinda a hypochondriac, so I'm not sure if this is all in my head or not..... anybody know what it is?

I don't know what it is, but I get those semi-sharp breathing pains too if I stay in one position too long (like if I'm trying to WILD).

Yeah, i just freak out whenever I get any sort of pains..... the weird thing is alot of times if I hold my breath and close my eyes and focus some sort of internal energy on the spot that hurts, it'll go away....... maybe it's just psychological?

Well all pain is controled by your brain. I used to do that with headaches I used to get. I'd focus on the pain and work to diminish it. It worked pretty well sometimes.

Do you get these pains randomly throughout the day? Or do they only occur when you are trying to sleep or WILD?

It could be a gastrointestinal disorder like a peptic ulcer, or H. Pylori, or acid reflux.

For me it's just when I'm trying to WILD, or early in the morning. It only really happens when I lie on my back (rarely when I'm on my side) for an extended period of time.

I get strange pinches, itches, and electric shocks on the way to sleep. I think they pretty normal. I get those all over my body, though, not just my stomach and chest.

If it feels like something internal, it is worth getting it checked out. Most of those problems are simple to diagnose and easy to treat with antibiotics and antacids.

It kind of sounds like acid reflex. Did you have a bad chest cold recently?
I hope you feel better soon
Why can’t life be like in the fairy tales? It’s always happily ever after, and entirely black and white. There are no unresolved characters because, in the end, the bad guy is defeated and the hero and heroine live happily ever after.
