I'm currently in college and like many, I found I don't have enough time to do everything I need to do and still have a restfull sleep. Is there a type of meditation that could reduce my sleep hours and still have the energy from a restfull sleep? |

i think this does actaully work. some nights i managed to stay up all night with energy while periodically meditating, though i still crashed later. ive managed to need about 2 hours less sleep a night from meditating frequently and using binaural beats, but i only did it for about a week. supposedly budha slept 4 hours a night. i dont know if any specific kind is best for this, i don't think the exact kind matters |

Unlikely. They say it's possible but you don't really see anybody around who did it. So if it is, it's only for very advanced and talented meditators. |
