Movement in dream because I couldn't breathe

The other night in a dream, my bed was shaking and I was calling for my mom (I sleep downstairs, everyone else sleeps upstairs) and then I woke up on my stomach and was breathing hard. My chest had a couple of weird movements. I think my dream had saved me. Somehow it put my chest moving in the plot.
