Thread: Tasks of the Month for October 2020

Spoiler for Basic Task i - fail:

I'm in a dark house. I suspect I am dreaming [don't remember why]. I do an RC, looking at my hands, and took extra time to double check. It works, 10 fingers but slightly off. Lucid. I find my way out of the house by flying through a screen on the ceiling. I knew this would affect stability and it did. On roof now, I try to summon a super moon. The moon does start rising, but it's not amazingly big - just a little bit bigger than normal. It has a face on it. And it just seems like a reflection of the moon, rather than the moon itself. I decide it's a fail. The dream scene melts away and I awaken naturally.

Spoiler for Basic Task i - SUCCESS! :) & Advanced Task i - fail:

Eventually I'm back sitting on the grass, watching the leaves falling. Kids passing by (including mine). I notice I have three legs. I am lucid (no other RC needed). I stand up, my third leg disappearing, and I'm suddenly in my real front yard/driveway. My kids are with me. I look to the sky and as if it can read my mind about what I want to do, it turns dark. "Super moon RISE!" Suddenly, a moon starts appearing at the horizon. "Super moon rise!" It rises and gets bigger. "Rise! Super moon!" It's getting enormous!! It's BEAUTIFUL!

I suddenly feel the impulse to just go fly to the moon. As I'm getting ready to do so, my son pulls on my clothing and stops me. He doesn't want me to leave. I feel frustrated, but I realize I need to stay with my kids, I am needed here. So then, I think, I guess I'll do the next task. I start looking around the yard for a suitable stick to be my wand. I pick something up, but it's just coconut bark stuff. No good. My son keeps his hand on my clothing the whole time, following me closely. The dream ends shortly after, before I can find a wand.
