Thread: Which monitor should I buy?

Howdy!

At Christmas I am getting a new PC. The man who I am buying from runs his own home business in which he orders and assembles computers and he is the one I'll be buying it from. I'm eliminating the monitor in the package to have more put towards the tower itself.

Monitor 1: Samsung 23.6" LCD
I was going to get this monitor before a wild DELL appeared!



Monitor 2: DELL 24" LCD
With this one I have a few questions.
~Would I be able to connect my xBox 360 to it through HDMI? Will it work?
~IF above is Yes; how would I get sound through the monitor?

I feel like I have more questions but I've forgot what. Sorry if I should have used google.

Anymore info on them would be appreciated.

You would be able to connect your Xbox 360 to the Dell monitor, but you wouldn't be able to play sound through it, I think. But you could use a 3.5mm cable to send the sound from the Xbox through your computer and use it's speakers, I believe.
