How much would it cost me to create/design a website( paying someone to do it ) and maintaining the website?

I don't need much, maybe 2 or 3pages Like a where I can put my music to traffic game developers or music artists to it.

I just wanted like an estimate, just to know what to expect and what I need. I don't plan on actually doing this until late this year.
