Thread: Looking for app/software

Hello. I am looking for an app/software that can provide me with social media analysis.

I opened my shop's second branch last month. Business is booming but I want more. An acquaintance that I met last week in some party told me that he uses some sort of app/software for tracking his online reputation and doing comparisons against his competitors.

I don't know what kind of software this is. I'm thinking that maybe someone here (who maybe runs a business too?) is more knowledgeable about this matter.

It appears that you are looking for a ready made software, in my opinion I think it is much better if you look for a developer and have a system designed to meet all your requirements. In that way all your "tracking" issues can be covered and if in time you need some modifications it will be easier for you.

Thank you for your suggestion but I recently had a chance to talk with my acquaintance. I was able to ask him what software he uses and, just to share, he told me that it's from this company TSYS. I haven't called them yet since I'm pretty busy but I will some time next week.
