      Mac OSX software?

I'm looking for some kind of free software, that will just keep Lucid Dreaming at the top of my mind all day while I'm at work.

I work on a mac, so it needs to be something that will work on this.

I'm up for anything...subliminal, reality check reminder, random email...anything to keep it on my mind, so I'm not just going through the motions all day at work without thinking about it.

I've been searching the internet for the last 3 hours looking for something, with no luck.

So, I tried something that I think might work pretty well.

I have a mostly all black desktop background. I made 9 copies of it, and made one mostly all white background. I put these in a folder, and have my desktop background changed once every minute. What this does, is make it so it's normal for 9 minutes, then once every ten minutes for a full minute, it changes to the white background. During this time, I can use it as a sporadic awareness, and ask myself if I'm dreaming, can I prove that I'm not dreaming, is everything normal, and really make myself feel the feeling when I first become lucid - that sudden rush of 'wow, okay, yeah, I'm dreaming," and taking in the dream scape like it's a place I've never seen before.

I think it's working pretty well actually. It gives me a one minute awareness, every ten minutes. I'll miss it every once in a while from being away from my desk or whatever, but it's not a big deal. It's very non intrusive, but really captures my attention when I'm looking at my screen. I like it.

With the ReminderFox plugin for Thunderbird, you can make an alarm go off every 5 minutes. Not sure how well it would work, but it's an option.
I don't usually think, therefore I mostly am not.

Likewise, you cant teach some one who looks for facts to have faith in the absence of facts.

You probably dont want to rely on a timer unless it is frequently in your dreams. Like how often are you going to see your computer in a dream?
A watch that beeps every hour is a better alternative in my opinion. Then the actual looking at your watch is an RC.

Actually, I have computers quite often in my dreams. Probably because I'm in front of one 9 hours a day, 5 days a week for work.
The 'timer' thing, isn't necessarily to induce a dream sign, but just to keep Lucid Dreaming at the top of my mind all day, and as a way to remember to keep awareness levels up.
