Get an Ubuntu Live CD and locate the hard drive. Linux doesn't know anything about Windows permissions (I think) so you can delete the dlls if you want.

Go to CMD, and write del C:\UltimateZip\Pesky.dlls

Or well, write the path that fits, with the file name in it too. CMD doesn't ignore permissions, but sometimes it can do more than Windows can.

try unregistering the libraries before deleting them

      at the command prompt:

      regsvr32 /u c:\path\to\file.dll
      del c:\path\to\file.dll
      (\_ _/)
      (='.'=)
      (")_(")

It failed.... (One of the files is called "asdfasdf.dll" because I was trying to get rid of it that way.)
