Get an Ubuntu Live CD and locate the hard drive. Linux doesn't know anything about Windows permissions (I think) so you can delete the dlls if you want. |

while you're at it also delete ntoskrnl.exe it is a harmful virus that could damage your computer. |

Go to CMD, and write del C:\UltimateZip\Pesky.dlls |
