      Ipod

Hey guys my ipod is being a pain in the ass...It wont sync up anymore...my computer wont even acknowledge that the ipod is connected to the computer...

I plug it in and it charges...but it wont connect the software anymore. Anyone know how to fix my problem?

I've checked the attached devices by going to "my computer" and it says nothing is connected...so if anyone can be of help it would be greatly appreciated.

Umm If you haven't already, restart your computer then try it again. If that doesn't work you should just uninstall then reinstall iTunes. What kind of iPod is it?

It'll never show up in My Computer unless you turn on disk use.

Upgrade to the newest version of iTunes.

Idk if this will help but sometimes my computer won't recognize things even when restarted, but turning it off and unplugging it for 5 minutes fixed everything. In that situation for me nothing through USB was recognized. I've never had an actual Ipod so idk how they work (I have Creative mp3 players)
