      I use Safari (it came on my mac), and I'm fine with it. Sometimes I open up Firefox for various reasons, but for the most part it's Safari. What are these extensions that I know nothing about? And why does Safari "suck" ???

      Extensions are enhancements that can be installed on a browser (i.e.,Firefox). You can add features or modify existing features, You can do much more but I'm not going to overload you with a lot of information regarding this, I know how you are.

      Most of the time they are just bells and whistles. Sometimes there are nice things like "Faster Fox," it spiders out to all links on a page. It makes it faster, but some website don't like that.

      Safari already has that feature built in, but won't do it for sites that don't like it. Safari "sucks" because they've never used it.
