      Frame By Frame Editing

      Does anyone have any specific reccomendations for a good frame-by-frame AVI digital video editor?

      (Please omit After Effects from your suggestions)

      Adobe Flash maybe? You could import the video and change how many fps to edit

      Depends on what editing you'll be doing. Why not After Effects?


      Adobe Premiere Pro is very good.

      I use (for more simple stuff) Sony Vegas.
      LD's: ~11 DILD since the 10th March 2008
      Aspirations:
      Fly [X]
      Teleport [X]
      Supersprinting [ ]
      Interesting meeting with a female DC [X]
      Successfully teleport to my old house and staying there for a while [ ]

      I want something where you can select a frame, overlay (or draw) an image, go to the next frame, draw the image and save. A sort of overlay that is as manual as possible.
