iRobot with Will Smith was pretty enjoyable according to my cousin who is in the 4th grade now.. he watched it last year with me. |

I'm teaching robotics to young kids this summer and I'm wondering what a good movie was for a day off? They're 5th grade so Terminator wouldn't really be appropriate |

What's a CS movie? Google only gives me what I think it means - Counter Strike. |

It's long out of print |

What about A.I.? Should be pretty watchable at that age. |

Minority Report is good too, with some very plausible future tech. Might be a little intense for smaller kids, though. |

I enjoyed that movie. There's one scene which might be questionable (nothing happens, but the context is there), but it's an interesting "progression" of robotics. |

"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
That was a good story that was almost completely ruined by trying to make it appeal to comedy fans. Williams was ok in the role, but it would have been much better served by someone who could refrain from the occasional goofiness. |

I agree, now that you mentioned it. I'm thinking, though, that a lot of 4th and 5th graders probably haven't heard of it, though, as it came out in '99 and wasn't a huge box-office hit. A lack of preconceived notions can be a great thing! |

Good movie, ruined for me by the horrificness that it Matthew Broderick. I just can't stand him for some reason. It is on TV a lot, though. |

No not GITS...I still can't think of it... |
