      Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) prevention tool.
      Look for the program in the add/remove programs thingy, add it
      Anytime it tells you to take a brake, do a reality check AND REALLY QUESTION IF YOUR DREAMING OR NOT! Because you really could be dreaming!

      but i already use the comp as a sort of reality sign. if i realise im on the computor then im not dreaming, so it narrows a lot of time down for RCing, thats why i do that, just so you know. so i couldnt really do that because it would conflict with my current thing.

      but i think its a great idea for everyone else.
