      I need help splitting a movie!

      Hi guys. I have an eleven minute clip I want to edit but I can only use half of it in Windows Movie Maker! Is there any other way I can split the clip without WMM so that I can edit the whole thing before I slap it together on WMM?

      Why do you need to split the file?
      won't windows movie maker load an 11 min video?

      To split the file into 2 (independent, operational videos), you need a better movie editor

      if you get a better movie editor, you don't need windows movie maker
