Web Developer Toolbar and Firebug. I hardly even consider them separate add-ons anymore. They are my joint favorites, by far. And I have quite a long list.

I'm all about screen real estate, so I use Fission, hide the status bar, and combine all my toolbars, nav bar and menu bar into a single omni-bar with buttons, menus, nav window, Faves folder, and search box.
Other than that it's just Adblock Plus and Cool Iris, and on my netbook Tiny Menu. I use the Curacao theme.

I have Stylish, but don't really use it. DownloadHelper is awesome. AdBlock Plus is such a give I shouldn't have to mention it. Greasemonkey is incredibly useful, and if you blog a lot, ScribeFire rules. FireFTP I couldn't live without; it's the only FTP program that actually works flawlessly every time for me. Grab And Drag combined with one of the mouse gestures add-ons (I can't remember which one, as I'm on Chrome right now) makes browsing with my Wacom tablet pen more practical and fun. WeatherFox is awesome, and All-In-One Sidebar makes keeping up with everything a cinch.

AdblockPlus, text to image, and I forget what it's called but it allows themes based on images you have on your computer (and it's pretty damn radical).
