Thread: Should I keep this computer?

My old pc ( which was quite old, amd athlon xp 1500 + and a 128mb graphics card ) broke on me...actually the hard drive just crashed on me two days ago. It was old and slow anyway, wasn't but a matter of time before something died on it. I've had it for like 3 or 4 years.

I went to rent-a-center today and got a computer which is blazing fast. It is AMD athlon X2 5050e ( dual core ), 4 gigs of memory, 320gb hard drive, dvd burner, and ATI radeon 3200.

I've got to say, i've never had a computer this fast, lol, I'm sure I can run games at fantastic speeds.

The original price on it is $1,345.16, but with rent-a-center it's $2,703. Are those specs worth 2,700?

I'm thinking about keeping it. It's very high-end.

I'm going to use this computer for music production.
