The collections file is not valid or is corrupted. A new empty collections file has been created.

Every time I try to run WMM I get this error. I've searched and searched but I can't get this to work.

I'm running Windows XP with Service Pack 3.

I've tried going back to SP2 but SP3 won't uninstall for some reason.
