      Cant sleep...

So basically when I try this I can never sleep because whenever I start to fade away I get excited and wake up immediately. What should I do?

This happens to me all the time, except I can't dream because it takes me too long to fall asleep and I forget to dream. Since this happens when your fading away, you might be able to use the same technique used to to stay in a dream when you feel like your waking up and fading back to reality, spinning around or rubbing your hands together. you could also tell yourself that nothing exciting is going to happen, dulling your excitement until you enter the dream world. Hope this helps.

When WILDing, timing is everything. When are you attempting to WILD? It should be after a few hours of sleep, and if you hit the sweet spot, your natural state of tiredness should offset the excitability. If you are too awake, have not had enough sleep or have had too much, WILDing can be damn near impossible.

After hours of sleep? Well , I tryed like 1-2 hours after I slept. Or is that too little? Its hard to stil feel tired after sleeping like 5-6 hours ^^

I agree, that's why I prefer to try WILDing after about 3 - 3.5 hours of sleep (plus this lets me be lucid for much longer than trying after more sleep). For me that's the best time. Often if I set my alarm for that time, then I don't even really have to try to WILD. I just automatically get lucid upon falling back to sleep. You really just need to find the right timing for you personally. Everyone will tell you different.
