Had my second SP nap in a week! Now what?

I'm just getting back into WILDing, after being unable to have one for over six months. A few days ago, I took a nap an hour after I woke up, and went into sleep paralysis after becoming very relaxed (I didn't get much sleep the night before, though). I felt vibrations in my stomach and felt as if I were floating up, and then off my bed.

I tried this method again earlier today: get only a few hours of sleep and then take a nap. It worked, and I entered sleep paralysis within thirty minutes, this time it felt as if someone lay down beside me and started massaging my back.

Both times, the sleep paralysis ended within a minute, which unfortunately for me doesn't cut it. It didn't end because I was excited though; I actually demonstrated insane calmness during the episodes, which surprised me!

Anyone know what I should do once I hit SP? Both times the room was light (I don't have blinds in my room because they're getting replaces) and I wasn't wearing earplugs. Maybe it was sounds that woke me out of it, but I didn't hear anything loud.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

What do you mean, "it didn't cut it"?
At least you're getting back massages! I just buzzing vibrations and my legs get all floaty.

I'm no WILD master (I'd love to be one day), but I have a suspicion that it has something to do with REM Sleep timing, or your state of mind / chemical balance and all those annoying factors that we wish didn't exist.
I don't fully understand: do WILDs only work during REM stages? Because after just a few hours of sleep, the REM cycle you'd be aiming for would be a pretty narrow window.
      I don't know.
      Good luck to us both!

It wasn't enough, I want to fully WILD.

And I'm sure they only work during REM; since you're not in REM at the beginning of the night, if you try to WILD you'll end up falling unconscious or end up in a very short dream. Thanks for the tips.

      Hey,
What I got my first semi-WILD yesterday
I got the vibration sensations kind of what you described but also in my eyes, feet and hands,
What worked for me was as soon as these vibrations hit, imagening that I fell through my matres into the dream world.
I then got into a realm of darkness and witches laughter, so I woke up very fast after that from the scariness .

My point, maybe you should try the fall through your matres or roll over into your dreams methods =)
