      Who has had success in wilding in the afternoon?

      I only had one afternoon wild and that was last year, i even reached sp. What did you guys do to prepare yourselves to do a wild in the afternoon?

      LAY down, count 50 slow breaths. then imagine the greatest amount of pain, from toe to head. Then count 50 more breaths. Make sure you are relaxed and in a dark, quiet place. You will get into SP. I promise. Try it!

      I find that my afternoon WILDs only really work If I feel tired. If I am not tired, I will work out or something to make me feel a bit exhausted.
      Then I will probably allow myself to fall asleep whilst visualizing running or rubbing my hands. Eventually I find myself in a dream doing whatever I was visualizing.

      That's pretty much how I WILD at night too.

      Tried an afternoon one today for the first time. I hit SP, but i couldn't fall asleep. In fact, i may try to do this trick mrdeano. How often do you actualy find yourself in the dream doing this instead of just falling asleep normaly, and how hard to you focus on doing this?

      Well the transition into the dream is almost instant (Unless I reach sleep paralysis instead, then I have to repeat the visualization whilst in SP). So I find myself doing the action in the dream almost every attempt.
      I don't focus too hard otherwise it will keep me from falling asleep.
