well, it was either a wild or deild, but they're still very similar. The problem was I'm not quite sure whether i was awake or dreaming right before I had it. It was almost completely on accident.
I was napping, trying to wild, but failing epically, finally I gave up, went to sleep, and woke up a little later (this is where i'm not sure I was awake or asleep) anyways, I felt extremely relaxed, so I just completely relaxed.
Then i immediately entered the transition state. colors were flashing and i started feeling violent vibrations while flying through the air through a series of flashes of light. Eventually i got to my dream, laying on my bed.

I knew for fact it was a dream, I know what dreams feel like. This one was very unstable, and immediately after entering it, I could feel it fading. I tried to move and get up, but it was difficult to move, almost like my arms were made of cement.
I shouted stabilize lucid dream now, but it was no use, and my eyes suddenly opened and I found I was laying in my real bed. I performed a reality check to make sure, and yes, I was in my bed.
Does anyone have any tips on how to keep it going next time? I'm pretty sure I kept calm in my dream, so I don't think that was the issue. before the dream faded, I was moving my dream eyes around and they were moving separately and everything was out of focus because of that.
