Last night I went to be slightly before 12, I had an alarm set for 4:30 so I could do my WILD. I got up 2 minutes before the alarm went off, good ol' internal clock doing its job I guess. Anyways, I turned the alarm off since I didn't need it. After that I got up and went to the bathroom, remembering to keeps the lights off or dimmed. I laid back down and I was feeling tired and relaxed, but awake enough to think clearly. I tried to lay down and not move but I just never really felt anything, I switched from side and back positions after awhile, but I never felt anything. Usually I felt an itch or something, but this time I just didn't feel anything. It's odd because this is the only time I did it the right way with waking up instead of just trying to go into it before sleeping. Any advice or comments?
