Thread: beginning stages?

Hey guys,
Last night I tryed to do some wilding and I just want to describe my experience and see if it seems like its working.
So I stayed in one very comfortable position, relaxed body and mind, tryed to focus on an internal feeling rather than an external stimuli. My arms started to feel funny almost as if they were falling asleep and I could feel it happening, also it was almost like there was a weight on my upper half, really interesting feeling.
I remember my heart start pumping fast in either excitment or maybe anxiety and slowly the feeling faded....so I tryed again a while later and pretty much the same thing occured.
No there is a clock in my room which makes a loud sound to count the senconds and I found myself a bit distracted by that...could that be something that may be holding me back?
