      Question Wild

I just started learning about Lucid Dreaming a few weeks ago and one night I read something about ignoring all twitches and itches so the body thinks it's asleep. I tried it one night and It felt like my whole body was vibrating and It went away because I laughed since it feels like your high but you didn't do anything but lay in a bed. I finally looked into it and found out it was a stage of a WILD.

I started trying to get it again but I just try it 2-3 times and give up after I twitch or itch. One time I got far into it and my body felt it was vibrating and getting heavy and It felt like 10 mins and nothing else happened so I stopped it by moving. I tried it again but it wouldn't work no matter what so I went to bed.

I looked into it and found out once you break the cycle sometimes, you can't do it again. What I want to know is how long till your body will do it again. I really want to be able to do this so just give me tips on how to get passed this "vibration" phase and onto the next.

Just stay patient and eventually you will enter the dream state, it could take a while, but its well worth it. Just try it next time!

Relax, hes new man, i know i hated it when people pointed stuff out to me rudely on a subject that was already out there. So let me say it. Search through the tutorials or the wild section and find a good tutorial for u and it should explain everything.

Thank u for not taking that harshly though. Sometimes when i try to help new members, older members get kind of angry at me for trying to protect them. Sorry about the post that has nothing to do with the topic.
