Exclamation some wicked painful head/ear sensations when WILDing

so ive been getting pretty good at having WILDs after I've had like 4-5hours of sleep. It seems that when I try and push the limits, like after Ive had like 9 9.5hrs of sleep, I get this really bad head/ear sensations as im going into the dream.

its happend on like 2-3 occasions now, and it seems to always happen towads the very end(8-9hrs of sleep) sleeping. I just sort of blurred out of a lucid dream and I'm back in my bed. I dont move. I'll be lieing down, feeling my body in my bed. And I just watch my breath, feeling my full body breathing and hoping to go back into another lucid dream. Then I feel the sensations of losing my body and I can kinda roll out or float up, and a lot of the times I focus on that buzzing/ringing sensation in my head and it intensifies, and after a few seconds i can open my eyes in my lucid dream. BUT THIS MORNING, it intensified into extreme pain, so i stopped it. It hurt pretty bad, I remember thinking to myself, wow this cant be good ima just wake up, but I was in sleep paralysis and I couldnt move. I was just stuck there in this weird pain, waiting for sleep paralysis to wear off, and it did after about 10seconds.

What I think im doing to my ears is sort of opening them up a bit. I mean you can do it when you're awake, just focus on your ears, try and open them up. hard to explain, but you'll hear like drumming in your ears. I think this is what I'm doing when I'm intensifying it as I fall into the dream.... Theres no pain when I wake up though. strange.

Anyone else have similar experiences. I think ima just stop messing with my ears as im falling into sleep paralysis, stick with rolling over/floating up techniques. That pain was no joke

this morning I WILDed, or WBTB i guess...

I was actually in a normal dream and in the dream a friend kept holding me down and I couldn't move... I sorta woke up and realized it was my sleep paralysis. Well anyways it was my normal 4.5hr~ wake up(ive gotten good at just waking myself up after 4.5hrs of sleep every morning), I took a piss, woke myself a bit for 10minutes, then lied down. After about 15minutes I casually drifted into Sleep Paralysis. The head/ear pain wasn't bad, and the whole thing all together wasn't really that uncomfortable. I kinda rolled around in the abyss of the void for a few seconds until I found myself in my dream room. Messed with my dream dad, ended up flying through my roof. I saw a hole in it, it was light, flew through it and when I emerged EVERYTHING was really bright and sorta cartoon like(kinda disappointing) well anyways I enjoyed that, but it soon got dark and I faded back into my real bed.

I decided to not move and WILD back into dream land.... this second go around, the pain was pretty bad in my ear/head as i swooshed into full sleep paralysis... I just endured it but it wasn't pleasant...

am I just being a pansy lol? none of you WILDers have experienced this pain?!

Well the loud buzzing noise is present almost all the time you wild and most people get it along with the vibrations. It might be just your brain who hates you xD Same thing as the roll-over signal beeing sent to make you move and fail your wild attempt. It may or may not hurt but it isn't real. The human body isn't sucidal. In case of bad grammar and stuff, excuse me but it's almost 3am. Wild time
