SP twice?

Well i'll sum up my story. Woke up about 3:30 and tried to wild, failed after +1:30 got up to take care of some "Business" and tried to go to sleep, fell asleep and realized, woah wtf im dreaming? but couldn't control, i woke myself up. and immediately fell into sp and moved a bit and it went away but in seconds it came back then i had a FA and i enjoyed the lucid dream from it, but this was my first wild, it was epicly realistic as far as clarity goes. My question is why two sets of sp? and was this a wild?

False awakenings and sleep paralysis are pretty common when you wake prematurely from a lucid dream. I often have something similar happen, where I will experience SP on waking from the dream, and again on reentering another dream. Sometimes it is so confusing, I question if I ever really woke up at all. Those false awakenings start to mix things up.
