Exclamation PLEASE HELP!!!! Was this a WILD? what happened!!!!????

ok, I know what a WILD is, but I don't know what the hell happened to me yesterday

ok, so. I was tired all day yesterday so I took a nap on the couch from 6pm to 7pm and I was still tired then I got in bed around 9:30 ish.
I had my alarm setup for doing a CAN WILD so before bed I did some auto suggestion, I said "I will become lucid in my dreams,I will wake up after every one of my dreams and I will not move any time I wake up" so I fell asleep around 9:40, and I was in a dream where my nephew was digging his knuckles in my back, a few days ago I had a dream he did that so this was like a dream sign
then I realized I was dreaming, then everything went black
**this is where it gets confusing
*I don't know if I really woke up here, but I think I did
so I was laying in bed and I had my fan on, but the fan sound was like fading in and out and the first thing on my mind was to WILD
so I didn't move or open my eyes
everything was happening so fast, but I was in SP and I was seeing colors, I was getting vibrations
      then everything went white
and then I felt like I was going extremely fast, I literally felt like I was getting sucked into the headboard of my bed
then everything was white and there was a a little figurine artists use (this is one http://www.istockphoto.com/file_thum...t-s-figure.jpg and it was climbing on a grape vine, and I knew I was dreaming
then everything went black and I was in my bed AGAIN and I was seeing a LOT of colors, then I felt like I was getting sucked in again and all I could think was i wanted to WILD
then I was viewing a white room from a small box the shape of an IPod and i was pissed off because I just wanted to get into the dream
and all of a sudden, I was in bed (this now is a dream) and I had a cord around me then I my sister was over and I was confused, then everything was white again and I knew what was going on
all of a sudden I was in bed again and was lucid and I was trying to "get out" of my dream body to start the WILD and I couldn't, I was literally stuck in my body even though I was dreaming
like, I could lift my head up, but my eyes kept closing and my freaking head went back onto the pillow, but I KNEW i was dreaming but I was "Stuck" in my dream body
***I've heard when people had OBE's they can't get out of their body, this seems like what happened to me***
and then I actually woke up and I was extremely sore and stiff feeling (like how I was stuck in my dream cause my real body was in SP, and I just jolted awake straight from SP)
and then I checked the time, I thought it would be like 3am
turns out, it was only 10:15pm.
this all happened from 9:40 to 10:15

what the HELL happened? did the nap kind of cause a WBTB effect? did I have 2 WILDs?
why couldn't I come out of my dream body!!?

it was such a weird experience somebody PLEASE tell me what happened!!!!

      and I am in them

I could be wrong, but it sounded like you were experiencing hyponogogic imagery... these rolling dreamlets coming in which are like little dream scenes, but not quite solid enough to be dreams. If you focus too hard on them, they tend to vanish.

It also sounds like you were quite frustrated and maybe trying to force the WILD a little too much. In my experience with them (few, but have had enough failed attempts to know what I'm doing wrong), you have to let the transition come naturally, peacefully and passively.

Yes, sometimes, sleep paralysis will bleed through into the WILD. The trick is to try moving very slowly. Start twitching fingers and wiggling toes, it might help.

I know the colors were HI but I never thought about the weird short blurry dream as just something passing by but not a real dream, and I was frusterated but everything was happening sooooo fast so i don't know how to make that peaceful hahaha, and ok so next time sp bleeds through,I should just move slowly?that makes sense,I was just getting mad trying to get up ^^
      thank you

I am not going through the whole thing here, no time. One thing that does strike me, is you are subjectively identifying with your body, and you seem to think there is a real body and a dream body. Your attention is divided. Paying attention to the environment means wholly taking your body for granted, not even thinking about it. All of one's concentration is on the environment. Even when developing the senses in lucid dreaming, one concentrates on the perceived, not the perceiver--otherwise one's attention is divided, i.e. your not listening.

I look at the whole of lucid dreaming as divided into three categories commensurate with the definition of the human mind.

Perception determines conception, conception determines will. One starts with perfecting perception, then one learns to reason, and to comprehend what is happening in the state, and why. When we perfect our perception, then perfect our ideas, then we can act rationally.

I used Lucid Dreaming for the purpose of self-realization. We are a human mind with a particular job to do and it is done in a particular manner. The ideas and training are not available outside of the state yet. In a word, we are like every other environmental acquisition system of the human body, our job is so that we can have life and have it more abundantly. We do this through judgment--principles which are not yet taught, but which are exercised by lucid dreaming.

i think that you WILDed in but you couldn't get out f your body.

I personally recommend you tell yourself that this is my dream and don't listen to your body and get out.

It sounds weird but what im saying is to tell your body to shutup and get out.

(srry if i failed at explaining)
