Thread: on the edge of SP

im sick so i tried to do an afternoon nap kind of wild for two hours today. i ttied 4 times:

1:i was listening to collective soul and led zeppelin. i did the muscle flex head-to-toe thing. i waited for 20 minutes and then i felt a wave of a pins and needles- ish go over me. shapes started to form and i jumped my breathing pattern to chicken out. i had entered SP but not capitalized on it.

2: listening to an assortment of classic rock, i went into SP during stairway to heaven though. chicken out #2 it wasnt as intense as #1 however.

3: i was listening to more classic rock and i was too stupid to try and remain conscious. fell asleep for half an hour, no dreams.

4: the most interesting one. ive been sitting there for 15 or so minutes and i feel cold. somewhat numb, but VERY cold. my dad turns on music in the room next to mine and i spaz a little bit. i saw a fuzzy first person image appear of me laying on my bed ina different, bright room with cargo shorts and sneakers on. im not wearing that. it faded away quickly but it definitely was something. after the spaz i couldnt reach SP.

i went a 5th time but some loud rap song came on that was annoying. how can i capitalize on SP or that imagr i saw? the image was exciting.
