Well, I felt myself going into sleep paralysis on my first try, but I started getting too excited and nervous because my breaths started getting all shallow and short. And my body was numb and it felt like I was on a roller coaster with my eyes closed. Is there any way I can calm myself? Or just focus on somthing to get me into a dream? |
