Question about my quest for lucidity

ok so ive been trying to wild for like 3 months now, i usually go to bed at like 10-11 and sometimes ill wake up at 5.

the problem is that its been rare that i actually wake up at 5 and are conscious, so when i AM conscious ill usually wake up, look around for like 5 minutes then lay down and i wont move, ill try to fall back asleep. As the WILD method tells me to the only thing that has come out of this has been falling asleep without LD or not being able to fall asleep. ive never experienced sleep paraylsis

I never worried about technique, fact is when I started it was not even published. All I did is concentrate on trying to do just one small thing in a dream. Start small. Simple.

Neither did I when I was 8. The whole point of your mind is to effect human will. When you realize that, instead of just being lucid you desire to actually effect what you want to do, you naturally become more interested and more focused. Pick out something simple. What I did was just want to tell my mother in the dream that I was in fact dreaming. It took me untill the third night. From then on, I gained in ability. . This was before Lucid dreaming hit the media.

You can try this as it has worked for me and is very easy and simple to do. 75% of people have success in their first week http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/how-ha...t-wild-106427/
